Yarra's Edge

Docklands, Victoria

1999 / 2005

The Yarra’s Edge development creates a new urban community and major new waterfront plaza with strong links to the Melbourne CBD, the Yarra River and Southbank.

The masterplan covers a 1.5 km waterfront site broken into three precincts: The Marina Precinct, comprising the marina and boardwalk with 6 residential towers ranging in height from 27 to 45 levels, and the Park, and the River Precincts, comprising lower level, less intense residential developments.

The residential towers boast stunning views of the Melbourne cityscape to the north, and sweeping views of Port Philip Bay to the south. Each is a unique sculptured form incorporating significant public art installations and providing a wide range of residential types.
