Mirvac Design

The Arbour on Grey development is located along the well defined, vibrant and diverse Grey and Little Stanley Streets, South Bank. This site is approximately 400 metres long by 25 metres wide.

The commercial/office building occupies approximately 50 metres of the site at the northern end, with the residential component and ground floor retail spaces continuing on a further 200 metres along Arbour on Grey.

The project philosophy/design intent was to create a vibrant and diverse urban environment with a distinct edge to the Parklands and to reinforce Grey Street as a major boulevard.
